Right now, our ERs, hospitals, and medical physician’s offices need to utilize their resources to support patients, particularly in the identification and management of COVID-19 so we can stay healthy.
Our clinic is available to support individuals who are having problems with musculoskeletal issues. Continued care for active patients is essential to ensure your current condition does not worsen and lead to added strain on the health care system.
Most importantly, please be assured that our practice has made several changes to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure safety while getting care. We have been following expert advice for medical practitioners in keeping shared spaces sanitized and disinfected. Some of these steps include:
Staying Healthy
- Limiting the number of people in the office, including staff
- Reorganizing chairs to allow for distance between individuals in the reception area.
- Pre-call and health questionnaire of all individuals entering the office, both patients and staff
- Taking temperature of patients as they arrive
- Taking staff temperature at start of shift and end of shift
- All treatment surfaces cleaned with antiviral/bacterial cleaners after each use
- All other surfaces, including counters, door handles, pens, and clipboards cleaned after use and on the hour
- Trash removed daily
