We know these are trying times and we are here to support you! Our clinic is continuing to offer care to our active patients, as well as opening its doors to new patients who find themselves with musculoskeletal issues. Below are some of the steps we have taken to ensure we keep a safe space:
- Limiting the number of people in our office (no more than 10)

- Pre-call and health questions for all individuals entering the clinic
- Hand sanitizer available upon entering premises
- Temperature check daily for staff and scheduled patients
- All treatment tables/surfaces cleaned with antiviral/ antibacterial cleaners after each use
- All other surfaces including counters, door handles, pens and clipboards cleaned after each use
- To be permitted to enter the clinic all patients, patient advocates (family or friends), staff and doctors will go through the same screening process as listed below.
COVID-19
Prior to coming to the office you will be asked to answer the following questions:
Have you traveled outside the state or country in the last 14 days?
Currently, all travelers arriving from a country or region with widespread ongoing transmission of COVID-19 (Level 3 Travel Health Notice) should stay home for 14 days after their arrival. At home, they are expected to monitor their health and practice social distancing. To protect the health of others, these travelers should not to go to work, or otherwise leave their home for any reason (other than seeking health care) for 14 days.
Have you had any of the following symptoms in the last week?
- Cough
- Feeling short of breath
- Fever or feeling feverish
- Fatigue
- Chills
- Sore throat
- Muscle and or body aches
Should you say YES to a combination of the above symptoms and/or your temperature is at or above 100* F, You will not travel to the clinic. Stay at home and contact your primary care provider immediately and schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing. Please let us know of your results, otherwise we’ll follow up with you in about 14 days from now.
Should you answer NO of the above questions you may then travel to the office for your scheduled appointment.
Prior to entering the clinic please use the hand sanitizer placed at the building entrance doors. Please bring and wear a mask.
You will then enter the clinic and remain just inside the front door until a staff member takes your temperature.
Should your temperature be normal you will then be directed to the appropriate treatment room and wait for the doctor and/or staff to come in.
Should your temperature be at 100*F or above, you’ll be advised to return to your home and monitor your symptoms, if they worsen, contact your primary care provider immediately.
This process will occur for each appointment until further notice.
