Here are a few tips and tricks on how to avoid gardening injuries this season. When working in your garden always remember to be mindful of your posture! Try your best to not put yourself in those awkward gardening positions.

  • Stand up straight & keep your shoulders back
  • Bend with your knees and use your core when lifting objects
  • Keep your tools within reach to avoid straining your shoulders/neck
  • Wrist in line with you forearms, keep your grip light, and elbows at your sides
