The environmental working group has found strawberries and spinach to be the worst offenders 4 years in a row. They also found multiple samples of kale showed 18 different pesticides.

- Avocado
- Sweet Corn

- Onion
- Papaya
- Sweet Peas (frozen)
- Eggplants
- Asparagus
- Cauliflower
- Cantaloupe
- Broccoli
- Mushrooms
- Cabbage
- Honey Dew Melon
- Kiwi
A small amount of sweet corn, papaya, and summer squash sold in the United States is produced from GM0 seeds. Buy organic varieties of these crops to avoid GMO produce.
Less than 2% of avocados and sweet corn samples showed any detectable pesticides. Almost 70% of clean 15 samples had no pesticide residues.
